If you are not entirely satisfied with the articles in your order, you can either exchange them or obtain a refund, in the 14 days following your purchase (date of invoice). Exchanges and refunds will only be permissible on presentation of the articles unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging.

You can return articles:

- In Marèse stores or official retailers of the brand Marèse: note, only these stores can process a return or exchange, the other stores will not be able to do so. (See the list on the store map). You must present your electronic invoice (to be found in the tracking of your orders on our website) and the returns slip which is enclosed with your order. Our sales advisers will then offer to exchange or refund the product(s) concerned.

Exchanges are possible only for articles of equivalent or superior value. If the product is more expensive, you can pay the difference directly in store In the case of a return, the refund will be deferred and effected by Marèse head office, by re-crediting the bank card used to make the initial payment..

Do not forget to attach a copy of your electronic invoice as well as the returns slip (that was enclosed with your order) duly completed. You are responsible for paying the costs of return. Initial shipping costs will only be fully refunded in cases where the entire order is returned. We will refund the returned articles once they have been received and checked by re-crediting your bank card. The refund will be effected no later than 14 days after receipt of your package.
