How do I create a customer account?
To create an account on our website, www.marese.com, you just have to click on "Account" in the upper right of the screen. Then select the option "Create an account", and complete the required fields. You will be asked to provide a password in order to log in more quickly on your subsequent visits. Once your account has been created, you are able to modify at any time your personal information, by clicking on "Account" and entering your e-mail and password.
If you are a customer of one of our stores, it is possible that when you log in for the first time, the e-mail entered will already exist in our database. In this case, you will have to recover or reset your password by clicking on "Forgotten your password?" You will then receive an e-mail providing you with your login details. You will then be able to modify or supplement your personal information.
How do I place an order?
There are four steps to ordering on www,marese.com:
1- Choose the articles that interest you, not forgetting to select your size.
2- Click on "add to basket".
3- Once you have added your desired articles, you can click on "Basket", in the upper right of the screen, after adding your last article, and the entire contents of your basket will be displayed. Or, you can click on "Order" when hovering over your basket, after which you will be automatically redirected to the basket page.
4- Then provide the required invoicing and delivery information necessary for the registration of your order.
At any time up to payment, you can modify your basket, amend the sizes ordered, delete or add articles.
Is payment secure?
Payment on www.marese.com is completely secure. Our secure online payment partner is the Mercanet system of the French bank BNP Paribas. Thanks to SSL encryption, the numbers and expiry dates of our customers' cards are never transmitted unencrypted on the Internet. www.marese.com only receives a user number and never sees any of your account information. We have opted for the "3D secure" option in order to strengthen the security of payments. After entering your bank card details, an extra step will redirect you to your bank's page where you will be asked to provide additional information: date of birth or single-use dynamic code sent by SMS.
Are the prices on the website the same as in store?
All the products sold online are priced the same as those sold in our stores, the orders placed online having in addition shipping costs for delivery to the customer's home or to a Relais Colis® outlet.
How does delivery work?
The delivery area is metropolitan France, Corsica and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
Except in the case of force majeure or the article being unavailable, the average delivery time is 4 to 5 working days following the date of order for a delivery in France and 7 to 8 working days following the date of order for a delivery in Europe.
On www.marese.com, you can choose between several different types of delivery:
1- For a delivery in metropolitan FRANCE and in Corsica
- In store delivery, free, only possible in Marèse and Ooxoo stores (detailed on the store map). You will be notified by e-mail of the arrival of your package in store. Your package will be held in store for 7 days, awaiting collection. If you are unable to collect your package within the time period, you can contact the store directly to request that they hold on to it for a few extra days.
- Delivery to a Relais Colis® outlet (a member of a network of stores, teamed up with the TNT courier service, that will take delivery of and hold your package for your collection), costing 6 euros, with the "ici colis" (your package is here) service. You are notified of the arrival of your package either by e-mail or SMS. It is important to provide your mobile telephone number during your registration so that you can be notified of the arrival of your package. The Relais Colis® outlet will hold your package and make it available for collection for 7 days.
- Home delivery, costing 8 euros. Home deliveries are not however possible on Saturdays. You will be notified of the arrival of your package by SMS and given the opportunity to choose the day and time of delivery. It is therefore important to provide a correct and accessible mobile telephone number in order to facilitate your delivery. In the event of your absence, our delivery service will leave a delivery notice in your letter box enabling you to make arrangements for a new delivery.
2- For a delivery in Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain)
- Delivery in store, costing 10 euros, only possible in the Marèse and Ooxoo stores in BELGIUM and LUXEMBOURG (detailed on the store map). Your package will be held in store for 7 days, awaiting collection. If you are unable to collect your package within the time period, you can contact the store directly to request that they hold on to it for a few extra days.
- Home delivery, costing 15 euros
How do I return or exchange articles?
If you are not entirely satisfied with the articles in your order, you can either exchange them or obtain a refund, in the 14 days following your purchase (date of invoice). Exchanges and refunds will only be permissible on presentation of the articles unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging.
You can return articles:
- either in Marèse stores or official retailers of the brand Marèse. Note, only these stores (detailed on the store map) can process your return or exchange.
- or by post, returning your package to the following address:

In order to facilitate the processing of your return and to accelerate the refund, the articles returned must imperatively be accompanied by the delivery note and invoice.
Refunds are always effected by Marèse head office, no later than 14 days from receipt of your package, irrespective of whether it has been taken to a store or sent to the warehouse.
How do I select a size?
To determine your child's size, you can use the "size guide". You will find this on each product page by clicking on the "question mark" located next to the size field.
And the stores?
Marèse has a website, www.marese.com, but it also has many stores throughout France! Select your preferred store when you create your account. All of your online purchases will be combined with your in store purchases to gain you even more points and enable you to enjoy discounts throughout the year!
