Our secure online payment partner is the Mercanet system of the French bank BNP Paribas. This system guarantees that all of your transactions effected on our website www.marese.com are done so in complete security:
- Thanks to 128-bit SSL encryption, the numbers and expiry dates of our customers' cards never circulate unencrypted on the Internet.
- All the information concerning your transactions on our website www.marese.com is sealed and protected against interception attempts.
- Similarly, storage of the data collected by Mercanet is secure.

Thus, you have the guarantee that your bank card cannot be used for any other purpose than the transaction in progress; Marèse only receives a user number. This is why you have to enter your card number with each new order.


DELIVERY

The delivery area is metropolitan France, Corsica and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.

Except in the case of force majeure or the article being unavailable, the average delivery time is 4 to 5 working days following the date of order for a delivery in France and 7 to 8 working days following the date of order for a delivery in Europe.



On www.marese.com, you can choose between several different types of delivery:

          1- For a delivery in metropolitan FRANCE and in Corsica

- In store delivery, free, only possible in Marèse stores or official retailers of the brand Marèse (detailed on the store map). You will be notified by e-mail of the arrival of your package in store.  Your package will be held in store for 7 days, awaiting collection. If you are unable to collect your package within the time period, you can contact the store directly to request that they hold on to it for a few extra days.

- Delivery to a Relais Colis® outlet (a member of a network of stores that will take delivery of and hold your package for your collection), costing 6 euros, with the "ici colis" (your package is here) service. You are notified of the arrival of your package either by e-mail or SMS. It is important to provide your mobile telephone number during your registration so that you can be notified of the arrival of your package. The Relais Colis® outlet will hold your package and make it available for collection for 7 days..

- Home delivery, costing 8 euros. Home deliveries are not however possible on Saturdays. You will be notified of the arrival of your package by SMS and given the opportunity to choose the day and time of delivery. It is therefore important to provide a correct and accessible mobile telephone number in order to facilitate your delivery. In the event of your absence, our delivery service will leave a delivery notice in your letter box enabling you to make arrangements for a new delivery.

          2- For a delivery in Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain)

- Delivery in Marèse stores or official retailers of the brand Marèse, costing 10 euros, only possible in the Marèse and Ooxoo stores in BELGIUM and LUXEMBOURG (detailed on the store map). Your package will be held in store for 7 days, awaiting collection. If you are unable to collect your package within the time period, you can contact the store directly to request that they hold on to it for a few extra days.

- Home delivery, costing 15 euros

 

GIFT ORDERS

Marèse will wrap your order and allow you to add a personal message.

 

SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED

If you are not entirely satisfied with the articles in your order, you can either exchange them or obtain a refund, in the 14 days following your purchase (date of invoice). Exchanges and refunds will only be permissible on presentation of the articles unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging.

You can return articles: 

- In Marèse stores or official retailers of the brand Marèse: note, only these stores can process a return or exchange, the other stores will not be able to do so. (See the list on the store map).

You must present your electronic invoice (to be found in the tracking of your orders on our website) and the returns slip which is enclosed with your order. Our sales advisers will then offer to exchange or refund the product(s) concerned. Exchanges are possible only for articles of equivalent or superior value. If the product is more expensive, you can pay the difference directly in store


In the case of a return, the refund will be deferred and effected by Marèse head office, by re-crediting the bank card used to make the initial payment..

Do not forget to attach a copy of your electronic invoice as well as the returns slip (that was enclosed with your order) duly completed.

You are responsible for paying the costs of return. Initial shipping costs will only be fully refunded in cases where the entire order is returned.

We will refund the returned articles once they have been received and checked by re-crediting your bank card. The refund will be effected no later than 14 days after receipt of your package.
